Plaintiffs shall file their opening summary judgment brief no later than August 5, 2008.

Defendants shall file their opposition to Plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment and cross-motion for summary judgment (in one brief) no later than September 7, 2008.

Plaintiffs shall file their reply and opposition to Defendants' motion for summary judgment (in one brief) no later than October 9, 2008.

Defendants shall file their reply brief no later than October 24, 2008. The Court will hold a hearing on November 21, 2008 at 10:00 a.m.
