This matter comes before the Court on the administrative motion of Movant Gwyn Jones ("Jones") requesting leave to file a sur-reply responding to Movant Sphera Fund's ("Sphera Fund") newly raised arguments in its Reply Memorandum of Law In Further Support of Motion of Sphera Fund For Appointment As Lead Plaintiff and Approval of Selection of Lead Counsel [Dkt.
