PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Rule 26(b)(4)(A) of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Plaintiff Telcordia Technologies, Inc. (“Telcordia") will take the deposition of Terry
L. Musika by oral examination using videotape, audiotape, and! or steno graphic means. The
deposition will begin at 9:00 a.m. on July 31, 2006, at the offices of FINNEGAN,
HENDERSON, FARABOW, GARRETT & DUNNER, L.L.P., 901 New York Avenue NW,
Washington, DC 20001-4431 or at another mutually convenient location, and will continue from
day to day until completed. The deposition will be taken before a Notary Public or other oficer
authorized by law to administer oaths.
