ENHANCE DAMAGES PURSUANT TO 35 U.S.C. § 284
Plaintiff Telcordia Technologies, Inc. (“Telcordia") hereby respectfully moves this Court
to enhance damages in this case. For the reasons stated in the accompanying opening brief,
Telcordia respectihlly requests that the Court grant Telcordia’s Motion to Enhance Damages
Pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 284 and that the Court treble the ju1y’s damages award.
