Panel Rehearing and Rnhrziritig En Banc in the Ferring tr. Burr matter, thc stay in the above-

However, Porting intends to tile at petition for writ nfoeitiornri to the United States Supreme
Court. We tlierefore propose seeking e stay of all proceedings (including Teva' s motion for
