defects in I|lumina's original and supplemental privilege logs, and promising s revised log
shortly.
As directed by the Court last week, on January 17, Aft`y·metrix submitted dt}
documents For the Court's review. Prior to submitting those documents, Alfymetns reviesved
l||un1ina*s January to letter and removed from the submission to the Court documents that
lllumina promised to address. Ti'll.I5, the dt] documents submitted should not include documents
that illumina has already addressed in oorresponderrce with r"tFl”yr11etri:t.
we have not received a revised privilege log from Illumina. To the extent that
Iltumirta submits such a. log to At’1`ymetrix or Lhe Coun, we request the Court to direct llluntina to
provide a red-lined version so that any changes are readily identifiable.
