by deposition, upon oral examination, before a person authorized by the laws of the State of
Maryland to administer oaths, on April 26, 2006, commencing at IO:00 am. at the residence of
Tony Avi Gilburt, 2801 Shadow Ridge Drive, Olney, Maryland 20832 and on any adjourned date
thereof, and from day to day thereafter until completed, with respect to the subject matter of this
action, at which time and place the deposition of Tony Avi Gilbtirt will be taken in accordance with
