Dear Judge Sleet: During the Pre-Trial Conference in this consolidated proceeding yesterday, counsel advised the Court that efforts were underway to secure the services of a Delaware-based computer forensics examiner to render assistance in this matter, and that an update promptly would be provided to the Court. This is to report that: (1) The computer forensics examiner was contacted yesterday, and has confirmed his availability to work on this case; (2) The identity of the computer forensics examiner is Stephen M. Bunting, CCFT, EnCE. Captain Bunting is the Captain of the University of Delaware Police. Counsel for plaintiffs (who were provided with Captain Bunting's professional bio) have confirmed their approval and have directed that I proceed to identify Captain Bunting to the Court.
