Petitioner has filed a pro se petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner has filed a

request for an extension of time to file an in forma pauperis (IFP) application or to pay the requisite $5.00 filing fee in this action. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the request for an extension of time (docket no. 6) is GRANTED. The time in which Petitioner may file

an IFP application or pay the requisite $5.00 filing fee will be extended nunc pro tunc to March 6, 2008, the date that Petitioner's IFP application was filed.
