IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, by and between the parties to this action, that the STATUS 17 HEARING date of March 26, 2008, presently scheduled at 2:00 p.m., before the Honorable 18 Claudia Wilken, United States District Judge, be vacated and the TRIAL SETTING OR CHANGE 19 OF PLEA AND REVOCATION HEARING date be set for April 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. remain set. 20 The parties agree and stipulate that the period of time between March 19, 2008 and April 9, 21 2008 should be excluded under the speedy trial act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 3161(H)(8)(A),(B) in that the 22 ends of justice served by the granting of the continuance outweigh the bests interests of the public 23 and the defendant in a speedy and public trial. 24 25 26

ORDER
FINDINGS OF THE COURT: 1. The ends of justice served by the granting of the continuance outweigh the best interests of the public and the defendant in a speedy and public trial. 2. The continuance is required to allow the defendant to review discovery. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that a period of time between March 19 and April 9, 2008 be excluded under the speedy trial act, 18 U.S.C. Sections 3161(H)(8)(A),(B). Further, upon stipulation of the parties to the above-entitled matter and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the STATUS HEARING date of March 26, 2008, presently scheduled at 2:00 p.m., before the Honorable Claudia Wilken, United States District Judge, be vacated and the TRIAL SETTING OR CHANGE OF PLEA AND REVOCATION HEARING date be set for April 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. remain set.
