PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned will take the deposition upon oral
examination of Wendy Vittori, pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure on
Monday, May 8, 2006, beginning at 11:00 a.m. This deposition will take place at the offices of
Cozen O’Connor, 1201 North Market Street, Suite 1400, Wilmington, DE 19801, before an
officer authorized to take such deposition. The deposition shall continue from day to day until
completed, and will be videotaped and simultaneously recorded by stenographie means.
