PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned will take the depositions upon oral
examination of Paul Holt and Larry Terry, pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of
Procedure on Wednesday, November 10, 2005, beginning at 9:30 a.m. These depositions will
take place at the offices of Lewis and Roca, 40 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona before
an officer authorized to take such depositions. The depositions shall continue from day to day
until completed, and they will be videotaped and simultaneously recorded by stenographic
means.
