EXPERT DISCLOSURE DEADLINES
The parties hereby stipulate and agree, subject to the Court’s approval, that the expert L
disclosure deadlines addressed in paragraph 2(g) of the Court’s June 3, 2005, Scheduling
Order (as amended by stipulation) be further amended as follows: an extension to March 10, 2
2006 for the expert disclosures and to April 12, 2006 for the rebuttal expert disclosures. All
other set ut in the Court’s Scheduiing Order (as amended) remain unchanged. `
