DEFAULT JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION
Based upon Plaintit`fs' Application For Default Judgment By The Court, and good cause
appearing therefor, it is hereby Ordered and Adj udged that:
l. Defendant shall pay damages to Plaintiffs for infringement of Plaintiffs
copyrights in the sound recordings listed in Exhibit A to the Complaint, inthe total principal sum
of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00).
2. Defendant shall pay Plaintiffs costs of suit herein in the amount of Two Hundred
and Fifty Five Dollars ($255.00).

3. Defendant shall be and hereby is enjoined from directly or indirectly infringing
Plaintit`fs' rights under federal or state law inthe following copyrighted sound recordings:
• "Rewind," on album "Stillntaticf by artist "Nas" (SR# 305-698);
• "Material Girl," on album "Like a Virginf by artist "Madonna" (SR# 59-442);
• "Luven l\/le," on album "Country Grammar," by artist "Nelly" (SR# 281-782);
. "l Don’t Ever Want to See You Again," on alburn "Uncle Sam," by artist "Uncle
Sant" (SR# 252-008);
. "Let’s Ride," on album "Let's Ride,“ by artist "Montell Jordan" (SR# 25l-334);
· "Wifey,“ on album "W€lC0m€ Il Nextasy," by artist "Next" (SR# 284-980);
• "How Many Licl 286624);
· "Rosa Parks} on album "Aquemini," by artist "Outkast" (SR# 264-092);
and in any other sound recording, whether now in existence or later created, that is owned or
controlled by the Plaintiffs (or any parent, subsidiary, or affiliate record label of Plaintiffs)
("Plaintiffsf Recordings"), including without limitation by using the internet or any online media
distribution system to reproduce (Le., download) any of Plaintiffs Recordings, to distribute (ie.,
upload) any of Plaintiffs Recordings, or to make any of Plaintift`s' Recordings available for
distribution to the public, except pursuant to a lawful license or with the express authority of
Plaintiffs. Defendant also shall destroy all copies of i’laintifi`s’ Recordings that Defendant has
downloaded onto any computer hard drive or server without Plaintiffs authorization and shall
