STIPULATION TO EXTEND
The parties, by and through the undersigned counsel hereby stipulate and agree,
subject to the approval of the Court, to the following amendments to the Scheduling Order (D.I. 12):
1. Defendant’s motion for summary judgment and opening brief shall be filed
on or before November 15, 2006.
2. Plaintiffs answering brief shall be filed on or before December 15, 2006.
3. Defendant’s reply brief shall be filed on or before January 15, 2007.
4. The pretrial conference, previously scheduled for January 11, 2007 at 12:30
p.m., (D.I. 16), shall be rescheduled at the Court’s convenience after dispositive motions have been
heard and decided.
