Liquidating Trust, and the above-captioned Defendant, Gene Jackson Tire Co., that the above-
referenced adversary proceeding is hereby dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(l) of the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, made applicable by Rule 7041 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy
