parties have an agreement ia principle as to ali terms except that tinal approval is needed from l1
Thermo decision~—mal matter and file the proposed Protective Order on or before Tuesday, June 21, 2005 Subject to
the Court‘s approval, the parties thus stipulate to move the deadline to file the proposed
Protective Order to that date
