Having reviewed the Joint Motion for an Order Granting Defendant a Four Day Furlough to Visit His Ill Mother in Ohio, filed on July 8, 2008, and for good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED that the conditions of Mr. Norris' supervision be modified to permit him a four day furlough to visit his ill mother in Grove City, Ohio, leaving San Diego on Wednesday, July 16 and returning to San Diego no later than Sunday, July 20. Mr. Norris shall comply with all other conditions of his supervision contained in the Judgment issued by this Court on February 22, 2008. IT IS SO ORDERED.
