Defendant Michael Curtis Kozy, by and through his counsel, Robert E. Boyce, respectfully requests this court approve payment of extraordinary fees for A Better Type for the transcription of CDs at the rate of $20 per hour for 20 hours for a total of $400.00. The CDs must be transcribed to assist counsel in the preparation of this case for trial. For the above-stated reasons, I am requesting 20 hours at the rate of $20 per hour for A Better Type in the amount of $400 be approved for CD transcription. Respectfully submitted,
