PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that plaintiff Chris Kohler ("plaintiff") and defendant McDonald's Corporation ("defendant"), hereby jointly move the Court for an order allowing defendant an extension of time in which to file a responsive pleading to plaintiffs' Complaint to and including January 17, 2008.
