On February 5, 2008, the Court convened an Early Neutral Evaluation Conference in the above 18 entitled action. Appearing were Derek Emge, Esq., David H. Huch, Esq. and Phil Martinet on behalf of 19 plaintiff; Sam McAdam, Esq. and Tim Thompson, client representative on behalf of defendant. 20 The case did not settle. The Court, through staff, and counsel discussed compliance with Fed. 21 R. Civ.
