Astrue, 19 the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, challenging an administrative decision 20 regarding his Social Security benefits. Dkt. No. 1 (Nov. 15, 2007). Plaintiff moved for summary 21 judgment in July 2008. Dkt. No. 12 (July 22, 2008). The parties now jointly move to remand this case 22 for further administrative proceedings under sentence four of 42 U.S.C. ยง 405(g). Dkt. No. 14 (Aug. 23 25, 2008). Because good cause exists, the parties' joint motion is granted.
