NCR CORPORATION; and DOES 1 through 10, Defendants. On September 5, 2008, the Court held a settlement conference in this matter. The case did not settle. At the conference, the Court addressed the following discovery issues. In July, this Court extended the date for the service of expert reports to no later than September 26, 2008. Plaintiff's counsel requested a further extension of a few weeks to accommodate the "pressing schedule" of Plaintiff's medical expert. The deadline is hereby extended to October 4, 2008. Rebuttal reports are due on or before October 17, 2008. All other dates remain the same. Further, no later than September 9, 2008, Plaintiff will provide Defendants with a date for the completion of his deposition. The deposition must be completed no later than September 19, 2008.
