Luz Buenrostro-Villareal, by and through her attorneys, Leila W. Morgan and Federal Defenders of

18 San Diego, counsel for Ms. Buenrostro jointly moves with Assistant United States Attorneys Andrew 19 Schopler, that the motions in limine hearing currently set for March 20, at 1:00 p.m. be continued until April 20 24, 2008, at 1:00 p.m, and that the jury trial, currently set for April 7, 2008, at 9:00 a.m b continued until May 21 5, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. The parties request this continuance due to conflicts in their schedule and to allow Ms. 22 Buenrostro to receive and review discovery that is relevant to her pretrial motions. 23 Ms. Buenrostro is currently in the custody of the U.S. Marshalls. The parties also agree that time
