MOTIONS The defendant, Miguel Angel Rosas Leon, with standby counsel Elizabeth M. Barros, Gregory T.

3 Murphy and Federal Defenders of San Diego, Inc., pursuant to the United States Constitution, the Federal 4 Rules of Criminal Procedure, and all other applicable statutes, case law and local rules, hereby moves this 5 Court for an order: 6 7 8 9 10

1) Requiring the Bureau of Prisons to permit him to contact his witnesses without cost to him or the witness; and 2) Preventing the Bureau of Prisons from divulging to the prosecution any recordings involving communications pertaining to his trial strategy; These motions are based upon the instant motions and notice of motions, the attached statement of
