Court for an order allowing U.S. Probation to disclose his juvenile court

records to his defense counsel, Gary P. Burcham.

required for defense counsel to prepare for sentencing in this case. U.S. Probation has no objection to disclosing these records to counsel

but indicated that it could not do so without an order from this Court

authorizing such disclosure.
