PROCEEDINGS:

On January 23, 2008, Defendant filed a Notice of Filing Chapter 11 Reorganization and Automatic Stay Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362 [doc. no. 9]. Accordingly, the Early Neutral Evaluation Conference currently set for February 1, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. is vacated, and a telephonic Plaintiff's counsel-only Early Neutral Evaluation Conference will be held on April 15, 2008, at 8:30 a.m. At that time, Plaintiff's counsel shall be prepared to discuss further proceedings in this matter and whether Plaintiff intends to seek relief from the automatic stay. Counsel for the Defendant is not precluded from participating in the telephonic conference.
