Pursuant to F ed. R. Civ. P. 56(In), defendant The TriZetto Group, Inc. (“TriZetto")
hereby moves for summary judgment of invaiidity of claim 2 of United States Patent
No. 5,253,l64 asserted by plaintiff l\/lcKesson Infomation Solutions, LLC. Claim 2 is invalid
for failure to satisfy the detiniteness requirement of 35 U.S.C. § ll2(2) and the written
description requirement of 35 USC. § ll2(l). The grounds for this motion are set forth in
TriZetto’s Opening Brief, submitted herewith.
