the.TWA Inc. Post Confirmation Estate jointly propose the following:
I. The opening brief of the United States Department ot`Agrienlture shall be
filed and served on or before February 2, 2005. _
2. The opposition brief ofthe TWA Inc. Post Confirmation Estate shall be ii
filcd and served within thirty days of the tiling ofthe opening brief
3. The reply brief of the United States Department of` Agriculture shall be
tiled and served within fourteen days of the filing ofthe opposition brief. ·
