A hearing on Plaintiff's motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction was held before this Court on January 28, 2007. Stephen Swinton, Adam Welland, Colleen Smith and Christine Cason appeared on behalf of Plaintiff. Ron Martinetti appeared on behalf of Defendants. After hearing oral argument on the motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction, the Court issued its ruling on the record. In conjunction with the order made on the record, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. 2. Plaintiff's motion for temporary restraining order is DENIED. Plaintiff shall file a supplemental brief in support of its motion for preliminary injunction on or before February 15, 2008. Defendant shall file a response on or before February 28, 2008.
