Civil No.07cv2407 JAH (AJB) ORDER VACATING EARLY NEUTRAL EVALUATION CONFERENCE AND SCHEDULING A CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE

This Court has been involved in the management of the consolidated case of 07cv1125. The above entitled action relates in significant part to the consolidated action, involves the same parties and counsel, and has been the subject of settlement discussions in connection with these other matters. Based thereon, the Court vacates the Early Neutral Evaluation Conference set for April 23, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. and converts it into a telephonic Case Management Conference on the same date and time. Plaintiff's counsel will make arrangements for the conference call and the Court will use the opportunity to set the dates and deadlines appropriate for that matter. IT IS SO ORDERED.
