CROSS NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF SCOTT VVILLIAMS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, Defendants Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon Services, Inc., intend to take the oral and
videotaped deposition of Scott Williams, on Thursday, November I0, 2005, at the offices of
Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., 2800 LaSalle Plaza, 800 LaSalle Avenue, Minneapolis,
MN 55402.
The deposition will take place before a notary public or other office duly authorized to
administer oaths and take testimony, and will be recorded by steno graphic and videographic
means. The deposition will continue from day to day until completed. This deposition will be
taken under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for the purposes of discovery, for use at trial,
and for other such purposes as permitted by law.
