Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 30(b)(6), the deposition upon oral examination of
Plaintiff the IT Litigation Trust ("Trust") on the subject matters set forth in the attached
Exhibit A.
Pursuant to Rule 30(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Trust is
required to designate one or more persons knowledgeable about the subject matters listed
on Exhibit A to testify on its behalf as to all facts known and/or reasonably available to it
regarding said subiect matters. The deposition will take place before a duly-qualified
notary public or other officer authorized by law to adrninister oaths. The deposition(s)
will be conducted under oath and will be recorded by videotape and stenographic means.
This deposition will continue day to day until completed. You are invited to attend and
cross~exarnine.
