pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a1 and Local Rule 15.1, Fed. R. Civ. P. 15 (a1 for leave to file a
second amended complaint (the "Second Amended Complaint"); and upon consideration ofthe

brief in support of the Motion; and upon consideration of responses to the Motion, if any; and it
appearing that this Couit has jurisdiction; and it appearing that proper and adequate notice was

sufficient cause appearing therefore, it is hereby
ORDERED that the Motion is granting; and it is further
ORDERED that the Plaintiff is granted leave to file the Second Amended Complaint.
