ORDER DENYING MOTION TO SHORTEN TIME

A Motion Hearing is currently scheduled before Judge Miller in this matter on August 29, 2008. The

18 last day for the parties to timely file their motions prior to that hearing was August 15, 2008. Defense counsel 19 filed their papers on August 24, 2008. The document was accepted by the Court, albeit marked LATE. 20 Therefore, the Motion for an Order Shortening time is moot. Counsel is reminded to comply with the timely 21 filing requirements delineated in the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure and the Local Rules in the future. 22 IT IS SO ORDERED.
