commencing on August 24, 2005 at 9:00 am., and continuing thereafter until completed, at the
offices of Kenyon & Kenyon, located at One Broadway, New York, NY 10004, or at such other
time and location as agreed upon by counsel. The deposition will be taken before a Notary
