Enclosed please find a Stipulation and Order submitted for Your Honor°s consideration to
revise the dates set in the Ccurt’s Order of November 21, 2005 with respect to the filing of the
Status Report, the Status Conference and the filing of dispositive Motions.
, This dates originally set fall several weeks before the settlement conference with the
Magistrate Judge, which is now set for August 3, 2006. We felt that it would be more efficient to
defer these filings until after the settlement conference and, subject to the Court’s approval,
counsel have agreed upon a revised schedule.
