As and for its answer to Complaint herein, defendant Sweetwater Square, LLC, a

19 California Limited Liability Company lawfully conducting business in the State of California, 20 responds to the Complaint for itself alone, by admitting, denying and alleging on information 21 and belief as follows: 22 23 1. I. SUMMARY
