No. 12] by the parties requesting a continuance of the Early Neutral Evaluation Conference ("ENE") currently scheduled on September 17, 2008. The parties represent that good cause exists to continue the conference due to the unavailability of Defendant Unum Life Insurance Company's client representative with full settlement authority on that date. Having considered the motion, the Court finds good cause to vacate the September 17, 2008 ENE. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: 1. must be present and must have discretionary authority to commit the company to pay an amount up to the amount of the plaintiff's prayer (excluding punitive damage prayers). In the event that the case does not settle at the close of the conference, the Court shall conduct a Case Management Conference pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16(b) immediately thereafter. 2. 3. The Rule 26(f) conference shall be completed on or before September 19, 2008. A Joint Discovery Plan shall be lodged with Magistrate Judge Stormes on or before

October 1, 2008. (The date and time for the CMC should be included in the caption of the Joint Discovery Plan.) 4. The date of initial disclosure pursuant to Rule 26(a)(1)(A-D) shall occur on or before

October 6, 2008. Plaintiff's counsel shall serve a copy of this order on all parties that enter this case hereafter. Each responsible attorney of record and all parties representing themselves shall participate in the conference. Represented parties need not participate.
