NOTICE OF RELATED CASE Plaintiff Securus, Inc., hereby files, pursuant to CivLR 40.d.1, this Notice of Related Case in the Matters of Securus, Inc. v. Inflow Products, Inc, case number 07cv00540, and Securus, Inc. v. Inflow Products, Inc., case number 08cv1374. Both of these cases are filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. An identical copy of this Notice is being filed in each case. These cases are related in the following manner: i. ii. Each case involves the same parties in the same relationship; Each case involve claims of patent infringement by the same product or device;

The patent alleged in the second case is a continuation of the patents alleged in the first case;

iv.

The Claim Construction already completed of the patents in the first case will be relevant to the Claim Construction of the second patent;

v.

The cases involve substantially the same facts and issues of law.
