PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30 ofthe Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, defendant FU} IFILM Corporation ("Fuji"), by and through its undersigned counsel,
will take the deposition upon oral examination of John Rupp.
The deposition will take place in New York, New York, at a place to be mutually agreed
upon between counsel for Honeywell and Fuji, on October l9, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. The deposition
is for the purpose of discovery and evidentiary use and may be recorded by stenographic and/or
videographic means. Tlie deposition will continue from day to day until completed. You are
invited to attend and cross—examine.
