PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 30 of the Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure, defendants Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. and Fairchild Semiconductor
Corp. (collectively, "Fairchild") will take the deposition of Balu Balakrishnan at the offices of
Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe at 1000 Marsh Road, Menlo Park, California 94025,
commencing at 9:30 a.m. on November 17, 2005. The deposition will be taken before a duly
qualified notary public or other officer authorized by law to administer oaths, and will continue
from day to day, excluding weekends and holidays. The deposition may be recorded
stenographically and by video, as well as by instant visual display of testimony using LiveNote
software.
