Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. and Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation
(collectively, "Fairchild") hereby respectfully move for partial summary judgment of non-
infringement as to Power Integrations, Inc.’s ("Power Integrations") claims under 35 U.S.C.
§ 271(a), (b) and (c), insofar as they apply to Fairchild’s sales outside the territory of the United
States. This motion is based on the opening brief in support of this motion, the supporting
evidence attached thereto, all pleadings and papers on tile in this action, and any other evidence
the Court deems proper and just.
