Plaintiffs, vs. HENG FUNG HOLDINGS LIMITED, a public company in Hong Kong, et al. Defendants, and eVISION INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Colorado corporation, Nominal Defendant [PROPOSED] ORDER TO RESET UPCOMING RESPONSE/REPLY AND DISCOVERY DEADLINES The Court, having reviewed the Parties' Motion and being fully advised in the premises, hereby Orders that the following Response/Reply and Discovery Deadlines changes: 1. All Parties' Replies to eVision and Individual Defendant's Objection to Joint Settling Parties' Preliminary Approval Motion will be due on or before July 11, 2005. 2. Plaintiff's Response to eVision and Individual Defendant's Motion to Strike Plaintiff's Expert Professor Loewenstein will be due on or before July 11, 2005. 3. Expert Rebuttal Reports shall be due on or before July 15, 2005. 4. eBanker's Response to Plaintiffs' Motion to Compel and Reply to eBanker's Motion for Protective Order will now be due on or before July 7, 2005 and the July 1, 2005 hearing before Magistrate Coan is vacated and shall, if necessary, be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon date upon consultation with the Magistrate's office.

5. Any depositions scheduled in this case which may be postponed, may be re-noticed and concluded on or before July 29, 2005 in a manner to be determined by the parties without further Motion to this Court. BE GRANTED. The parties are to notify the Court if any pending Hearings should be cancelled for good cause and in the interest of judicial economy.
