ORDER
This day of , 2007, defendants Fairchild Semiconductor
International, Inc. and Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation having filed a motion to strike the
declarations accompanying plaintiff Power Integrations, Inc.’s motion for a permanent
injunction, and the Court, after considering the positions of the parties, having concluded that
good grounds exist for the requested relief; now therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that defendants} motion to strike is GRANTED.
