Defendants in the abovemaptioned action are scheduled to appear for a
combined claim construction and summary judgment hearing in Courtroom 6A,
beginning at 2:00 p.rn. on Thursday, July i3, 2006. We request permission to
bring the following equipment into the courtroom to assist in our presentation:
switches, screen, document presenter (ELMO), j7otparzei monitors, speakers, tech
table, and various cables and power sirius.
As discussed with Cheryl Stein, C.}, Hickey and some of his colleagues
from Fulcrum Legal Graphics will arrive at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July I2,
2006 to setup this equipment. We agree to comply with the policies and
procedures instituted by the Court as well as the United States Marslial’s policy
regarding electronic devices.
