Federal Rules of Civil Procedures, please take notice that Defendants Eastman Kodak Company
and Altek Corporation will take the deposition of Mr. Carlos Kemiedy at the Quality Inn, 201
Sugarloaf Road, Hendersonville, North Carolina, 28792, on December 2, 2005 at 9:30 a.m.,
before an officer authorized to administer oaths in the State of North Carolina. The deposition
will be recorded by a certified stenographic court reporter authorized to administer oaths and will
be videotaped. You are invited to attend and cross examine.
