Description of Incident:
On above date and time I Lt Thos Seacord was notified that MHU had Inmate Wolf, Jack SBI 093532 lock up in the interview
1room due to refusal to lock in.Upon entering the intenriew room inmate Wolf becomes loud and yelling "my fucking back is broke
land I want to see a doctor" I then tried to ask him about this situation and he stated "fuck you take these cuffs off of me. Inmate
Wolf then jumped up and Iunged towards me in a very aggressive manner and continued to yell "fuck you ,you son of bitches
,Inmate was then placed back in his seat and cuffed inthe rear to avoid and futher problems.
