party to amend a pleading once as a matter of course at any time
before a responsive pleading is served;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
1. Plaintiff’s Motion For Amendment Of Complaint (D.I.
10) is GRANTED;
2. Plaintiff shall file his amended Complaint within
20 days of the date of this Order;
3. If Plaintiff fails to file his amended Complaint
within 20 days of the date of this Order, the Court will proceed
on the original Complaint.
