THE COURT, having considered the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel filed by Jay A. Lauer and being fully advised in the premises, the Court hereby finds that good cause exists for the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel; and HEREBY ORDERS that the Motion to Withdraw as Counsel filed by Jay A. Lauer is granted and Mr. Lauer is permitted to withdraw as counsel for the County Defendants.
